Lance Everett Wyatt was born in Nashville, Tennessee and raised in Los Angeles, California. He was raised in an artistic environment, beginning his formal education at the Center For Early Education in West Los Angeles and graduating from the Beverly Hills High School. He holds degrees from Howard University and the UCLA School of Medicine, where he developed his interest in Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Wyatt completed seven years of training in the Division of General Surgery at the UCLA School of Medicine and was Chief Resident in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Harvard Combined Plastic Surgery Residency Training Program. During this time, as Clinical Fellow in Surgery at the Harvard Medical School, he was exposed to cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery at the finest and most prestigious collection of medical centers in the world: The Massachusetts General Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children, The Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, The Brigham and Womens Hospital and Childrens Hospital of Boston.
