The implant size is not that critical but can be used to give you an approximation of what you might need. This is because no one starts out with the same size breasts. Also, the height of the patient and the chest diameter will all influence what size implant a particular person will need. To be more specific a 7 foot person would need a huge implant to be a full "c"  cup from an  "a"  cup. But a 4 foot person would need a small implant to go from an "a" to  a  "c " cup. The important thing is to pick a cup size that you would like to be and we will place the appropriate size implants to make you that size. Also, sometimes slightly more fluid will be added to one breast or the other to gain greater symmetry. Only one number is listed above to give you an approximation of the implant fill amounts.
