Procedure: Endoscopic browlift, upper blepharoplasty, biplanar rhytidoplasty (face lift) with malar fat pad lift and endoscopic subperiosteal midface dissection, SMAS into bilateral nasolabial folds (tissue from face lift placed into her smile lines) and platelet gel application.
