Female patient desiring an eyelid lift and a reduction in the fatty pouches in her lower eyelids.
Procedure: Upper and lower (fat repositioning) Blepharoplasty.

Comment: 1.5 and 10 month postoperative photos are demonstrated. Her upper eyelids look less heavy and the fat has been repositioned in her lower eyelids. If the fat wasn't repositioned, the lower eyelid hollowness would become worse. With fat repositioning, her hollowness is improved.
