Female patient complaining of the beginning of lower eyelid fatty pouches and a hollow tear trough.

Procedure: Bilateral lower eyelid fat repositioning

Other Procedues: Right otoplasty, Scar Revision of right upper eyelid, Septorhinoplasty

Comment: The lower eyelid fat has been repositioned into the tear trough and the early results show a modest improvement in the hollowness.
