Female patient desiring a more rejuvenated look to her lower face and eyes.

Procedure: Mid, lower and neck lift with SMAS placement into her smile lines, endoscopic brow lift and upper eyelid lift.

Her 14 month photos demonstrate an improvement; however, her platysma (neck band) has fallen slightly and her eyes show a modest improvement. Decreased elasticity to the skin will cause some of the tissue to fall following aging face surgery. Patients are told to expect around 60 - 70% improvement.
