Beverly Hills endoscopic brow lift and upper eyelid lift

Preoperative Diagnosis: Upper & Lower (fat pseudoherniation), Eyelid Dermatochalasis-OU.

Procedures: Bilateral upper & lower (fat repositioning) Blepharoplasty, platelet gel application.

Findings: Preop: left upper eyelid excess skin greater than right; right lower eyelid fat greater than left.

Comment: Patient elected to have excess skin removed from her eyelids along with fat repositioning above and below the eyes. 15 month photos reveal a more symmetric appearance.
