Procedures: Endoscopic browlift with biosorb tack fixation, OU- upper & lower (fat repositioning) Blepharoplasty.
 
Findings: Left brow, orbit and facial structures lower than right.
 
Comment: Patient desired improvement in appearance of eyes. Post surgery photos reveal better symmetry and a more aesthetically pleasing look.
