Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of external valve collapse with placement of bilaterallateral crural strut grafts.
Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of tip support with placement of columellar strut.
Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of internal valve collapse with placement of bilateralspreader grafts.
Graft, right earcartilage.
Right and left deep temporalis fascia harvest (via brow lift).
Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of right external valve collapsewith placement of right alar rim graft.
Submucous resection and partial resection of right inferior turbinate.
Submucous resection and partial resection of left inferior turbinate.
Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of right internal valve collapse with placement of right middlevault and pyriform aperture cartilage onlay grafts.
Secondary Rhinoplasty, platelet gel application.
Comment: This patient wished to give her eyes a fresher appearance. 14 month post-operative photos reveal improved eyes that compliment her face nicely.
