Preoperative Diagnosis: Brow Ptosis, Upper eyelid dermatochalasis-OU, s/p chin implants with undesirable appearance, nasal obstruction, deviated septum, hypertrophic turbinates, nasal dysmorphia, aging neck with platysmal bands.
Procedure: Endoscopic browlift with bilateral temporalis fascia, upper blepheroplasty, remove and replace chin implant, submental and jowl liposuction with platysmaplasty, secondary rhinoplasty, septoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty, left ear cartilage graft harvest and platelet gel.
Findings: left brow ptosis greater than right, pre-existing implant (fractured in multiple places); Nose: narrow right sidewall, left narrow dome, 3+ concave left greater than right lower lateral cartilage (LLC), right LLC concave lateral to dome; narrow middle vault; left greater than righ external valve collapse; open roof deformity; amorphous, asymmetric tip; thin skin with scarification to nasal skeleton; cartilaginous dorsal hump; over-projected tip; asymmetric domes, right greater than left retracted rims.
Comment: This is a patient who wished to refresh her facial appearance, and revise a previous chin implant and rhinoplasty (different physician). Post surgery photos reveal a rejuvenated face and a more natural and softer nose.
