"Dear Dr. Nassif,

After my consultation with Eve Michaels and later with you, I knew my search for a cosmetic surgeon was over. I felt you understood my concerns and desires. I told you I didn’t want to look like anyone else. I just wanted to look like me but younger. You knew exactly what I wanted and explained to thoroughly the three procedures required. (1. It was now time to be transferred to “Tranquility” (Thank you Eve for this contact), the after-care facility where I also received excellent care. I felt like I had been bumped up to first class for my post operative visits. Your staff greeted me by name and escorted me immediately to an examination room (no waiting) all the while giving me emotional support and encouragement. And by the way, thanks for the “hands up” about the wide range of emotions I would be experiencing during the recovery period. When the bandages came off, believe me I experienced them all. After my recovery I met some friends for lunch. They told me I looked so great and so rested and “Where did you go for vacation?!”
