Female patient desiring facial rejuvenation. Her main desire is to maintain a natural, yet refreshed look. Procedure: Complete face lift with endoscopic brow lift and cheek fat pad elevation/lower jowl and neck lift. Other procedures: SMAS implant into smile lines, Upper and lower (fat repositioning) eye lift. Comments: Notice the natural, yet rejuvenated appearance of her eyes and face. With elevation of the malar (cheek) fat pad, the midface has a more heart shaped appearance and her cheekbones are enhanced with her own tissue (no implants). The smile and marionette lines are softened. The corners of the lip are elevated.
