Description: Female patient desiring improvement of her nose.

Procedures: Septorhinoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty, right ear graft conchal harvest and platelet gel application.

Findings: Right brow ptosis greater than left, right dermatochalasis greater than left, septum primarily composed of bone, right slight alar retraction, weak rims with external valve collapse.

Other Procedures: Facelift, Endoscopic browlift with Coapt ultratine bioabsorbable implant fixation and harvest of right deep temporalis fascia, OU- upper and lower (fat repositioning) blepharoplasty, fat grafting to brow and lateral canthus.
