Preoperative Diagnosis: Brow ptosis, Upper & Lower (fat pseudoherniation) Eyelid Dermatochalasis, Aging face with platysmal banding, submental & jowl lipodystrophy & prominent nasolabial folds and marionette lines, microgenia.

Procedure: Rhytidoplasty with malar fat pad elevation and SMAS placement into bilateral nasolabial folds and marionette lines, chin implant, platelet gel application.

Other Procedure: Endoscopic browlift, Bilateral Asian upper & lower (fat repositioning) Blepharoplasty.

Comment: This is a patient who desired to reduce a few lines due to aging and wanted an overall fresher facial appearance. 3 month photos reveal an improved face with a softer jawline, and a more young and rejuvenated look.
