Will I be able to have a weekend facelift on a Friday and be back to work on Monday?

Question:
I have heard of something called a “weekend facelift,” which is not as invasive as a tradition facelift. I am 40 so I do not need the full facelift. Does a “weekend facelift” mean that I can get the procedure done on a Friday and be back at work on Monday?

Answer:
The term “weekend facelift” is another term for what is called a mini-facelift. It is a less invasive facelift and targets specific areas in the face depending on what your needs are. The term does not necessarily imply you will recover from the procedure over the course of a weekend. However, the recovery will be quicker than a regular facelift.
