PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:

  1. S/P Mohs excision of Sclerosing Basal Cell carcinoma with a 15 mm x 17.5 mm forehead defect.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of external valve collapse with placement of left alar batten graft.
  2. Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of tip support with placement of septal extension graft.
  3. Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis with reconstruction of internal valve collapse with placement of left spreader.
  4. Graft, left conchal composite graft.

COMMENT: This patient had a basal cell carcinoma excised from the forehead. Post operative photos reveal improvement with minimal scarring.
