Female patient unhappy with her nasal appearance. She also complains of nasal obstruction.

PROCEDURE: Open rhinoplasty, septoplasty, turbinoplasty and platelet gel application.

FINDINGS: right caudal deviation, right posterior bony deviation and spur; malpositioned LLC, depression on LLC (left) just lateral to a very prominent dome, after osteotomies, slight depression right lateral nasal wall; pre-existing depression at rhinion from previous fracture.

COMMENT: Her post-op photos reveal an improved nasal appearance.
