PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:

  1. Deviated nasal septum.
  2. Bilateral nasal obstruction secondary to deviated septum, narrow internal nasal valve and turbinate hypertrophy.
  3. Bilateral turbinate hypertrophy.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Repair of nasal internal valve collapse with bilateral spreader grafts from septal cartilage.
  2. Submucous resection and partial resection of left inferior turbinate.
  3. Submucous resection and partial resection of right inferior turbinate.
  4. Complex septal reconstruction, submucous resection with major partial vomerectomy for correction of deviated nasal septum.

Endonasal Septorhinoplasty

FINDINGS: Spur on left, caudal septum deviated to right. Narrow middle vault.

COMMENT: This patient had trouble breathing and desired a hump reduction. Post surgery photos reveal an improved profile.
