Facelift Patient Photos
 
Preoperative Diagnosis:
  1. Nasal obstruction secondary to deviated septum, bilateral internal valve narrowing and hypertrophic turbinates.
  2. Bilateral compensatory hypertrophic turbinates.
  3. Deviated Setpum.

Postoperative Diagnosis:Same with malformed, concave right medial crura.

Procedure:

  1. Septoplasty.
  2. Submucous resection of right inferior turbinate.
  3. Submucous resection of left inferior turbinate.
  4. Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis, bilateral spreader grafts.
  5. Repair of nasal vestibular stenosis, bilateral spreader grafts (Open Rhinoplasty)

Findings: Septum deviated to 3+ left, narrow right greater than left middle vault; concave, malformed right medial crura.

Comment: This patient was having some trouble breathing and desired a softer look to her nose. Post surgery photos reveal an improved nose and patient has reported better breathing.
