Female patient desiring a softer, less over-projected nose. Procedure: Open Rhinoplasty with lateral crural cartilage overlay (to deproject the nose), composite graft (from the ear) to lower the right nostril, and nasal sill incisions narrow the nostrils. Other Procedure: Endoscopic brow and midface lift. Comment: The over-projection of the nose is softened and the right nostril is lowered. Overall, the entire nose is natural, but softer.
