Female patient complaining of nasal obstruction secondary to a deviated septum and hypertrophic inferior turbinates and correction of a nasal deformity.

Procedure: Septoplasty, turbinoplasty and open rhinoplasty.

Comment: Her 8 month after photos show an improved, natural nose. Her nose will continue to change with time.
