Nourish (Mild)

Nourish is Spalding Plastic Surgery’s mildest peel consisting of an anti-oxidant peel that hydrates, nourishes, and stimulates collagen growth. Nourish combines fruit enzymes, vitamin C, Retinol-A and essential oils into an anti-inflammatory blend that will bring a healthy glow to your skin. Perfect for patients with hyper-sensitive skin or rosacea skin types.

Purity Clean (Mild-Moderate)

Purity Clean, a blend of Retinol-A, salicylic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, and zinc will heal inflamed acne lesions and lift impurities to the surface and decongest the skin. Purity Clean will stimulate cellular turnover and diminish the appearance of fine lines, photo-damage and hyper pigmentation. Purity Clean is excellent for skin affected by acne or those with oily skin. Peeling may occur 1-2 days afterwards.

Acne Lift (Mild-Moderate)

Acne Lift can be formulated using either glycolic acid or Jessners solution, to loosen dead skin and nourish the production of new skin cells. Dermal waste will be lifted to the surface for natural elimination. Acne Lift is the perfect treatment for the back, and chest and is great for skin with acne, oily skin, and skin that is resistant to other treatments. Peeling may last 1-3 days after application.

Vitalize (Light-Deep)

Vitalize is an overnight peel high in Retinol-A, rescorcinol, and lactic acid to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells without causing the trauma and inflammation caused by other popular peels. Vitalize stimulates cellular turnover and strengthens collagen in the lower layers of skin. Vitalize is an effective treatment for those with acne, melasma, hyperpigmentation and those suffering from the signs of aging. Peeling may last 2-7 days after treatment.

Cosmelan Depigmentation Treatment (Moderate-Medium)

Cosmelan Depigmentation Treatment is a peel performed entirely in our office and is followed up by patients using an at home maintenance cream to improve and preserve lightening and luminosity. Cosmelan Depigmentation is formulated with a number of organic acids and active ingredients that are designed to inhibit the formation of pigment (melanin). Cosmelan Depigmentation Treatment is effective for all types of skin regardless of initial levels of pigmentation and works quickly to bring smoother, lighter, more luminous skin. Cosmelan Depigmentation Treatment has shown remarkable results for patients suffering from Melasma, sun-damaged skin and hyerpigmenation. Peeling and redness may last 1-2 weeks.

TCA Wrinkle Lift (Deep)

TCA is a gentler version of a peel that many physicians and estheticians use to aggressively peel the skin. Layers are removed to reveal newer and more pristine skin below the surface.
