Female Speaker #1: Mom is getting a mini-facelift, a chin implant, a nose job and lipo, while her daughter, Nicole

Nicole: I'm trying to take the bump out of my profile on my nose.

Female Speaker #1: Nicole's older sister, Marissa, was brave enough to show us getting marked in preparation for liposuction. All three will be having their procedures done on the same day.

Dr. Nassif: It is a little bit unusual to have a mom with two daughters come in and have everything done at the same time. Now they're all gonna heal together at the same time, too. It'll be their own great in-house support system.

Female Speaker #1: Three weeks later we spared you the surgery here's how they look now. Here is Eve's face before the surgery and now after. She's especially happy with her new body.

Eve: So all in here, I mean within a week and a half, was so much slimmer and my pants fit better.

Female Speaker #1: Her daughter, Marissa, is also pleased with her new look.

Marissa: I'm trying on clothes, all of a sudden, I'm a size 6, you know, and before I'm an 8 or a 10 and so there are little differences.

Female Speaker #1: So here she is before and now after.

Dr. Amron: It really looks great.

Female Speaker #1: And what about Nicole?

Nicole: The surgery makes me feel better about myself. Of course, it's a sudden change in my physical, but I think you have to be happy on the inside before anything, and you can't feel good on the outside unless you're feeling really good about yourself.

Female Speaker #1: Well, by now, you're asking, How much did all of this cost?

Eve: Marissa was about $9,000.00. Nicole was about $8,500.00 and then mine was about $16,000.00.

Female Speaker #1: Well, it's all worth it if you ask this family.

Cheri Morgan: I'm thrilled. I'm amazed at the results.

Female Speaker #3: What's wrong with looking as good as you possibly can look?

Maureen: Well, now this is the new me. I got my new dress, fitting a little better than it used to.

Female Speaker #4: I'm going to be beautiful.

Female Speaker #5: Anyway, you may want to think about liposuction. This one this particular procedure only takes an hour.

Female Speaker #6: But there is a way to tweak your look with a whole lot less pain and no downtime.

Mario Lopez: So you suck it out of this area, right? Is it true that those cells are now dead? It will never you'll never gain weight there again. But if you do gain weight, it could be like bulgy in other places?

Dr. David Amron: Really, whatever you remove is removed. It doesn't come back in that area if it's done properly.

Female Speaker #7: If you were born with a nose that's like huge and a tiny face, like I'm all for like changing it.

Female Speaker #1: Ready for the new millennium version of the Tupperware party?

Eve: Dr. Paul Nassif is a facial plastic reconstructive surgeon in Beverly Hills . He's probably the most famous doctor in the world right now for Botox and Botox parties.

Dr. Paul Nassif: Everyone loves Botox; it's a wonder drug.

Mario Lopez: What if you could look into the future and see what you'd look like in 10, 20 or maybe even 30 years from now?

Male Speaker #3: New technology gives us a glimpse into the future of what you might look like if you take care of yourself or if you don't.

Male Speaker #4: Can you bring her back to almost this way?

Dr. Paul Nassif: Absolutely. I can bring her back to looking just like she is right now.

Male Speaker #5: Entertainment Tonight, the most watched entertainment news program in the world. One woman's extreme makeover the face, the eyes, the teeth and her hair.

Cheri Morgan: This is probably the most traumatic step.

Male Speaker #5: We're with her every step of the way, and wait till you see how her family reacts.

Male Speaker #6: Oh, my God!

Cheri Morgan: I thought I was gonna look like a truck ran over my face.

Male Speaker #5: The woman who did it all her face, her eyes, her neck and her teeth.

Eve Michaels: What we're interested in is giving them the total makeover.

Male Speaker #5: We're with her from start to finish, even when her own son barely recognized her.

Male Speaker #6: Oh, my God!

Male Speaker #5: For Cheri Morgan, a facelift wasn't gonna be enough. She wanted a complete makeover and we mean complete. So she went to see Beverly Hills' plastic surgeon to the stars, and we followed her from start to finish.

Cheri Morgan: Fifty is a scary age for most people.

Male Speaker #5: Sherry, the mother of three and a nurse practitioner, is anxious about hitting the big 5-0, and felt that a facelift was a way to erase the years.

Cheri Morgan: I've done some Botox for my crow's feet and a little bit on my forehead and even a little bit underneath the eyes right here, but this is all the Botox can do. Now we need to do something a little more dramatic.

Male Speaker #5: She went to see Dr. Paul Nassif of Spalding Drive Cosmetic Surgery in Beverly Hills and allowed ET to document every step of her procedure. First, came her consultation.

Dr. Paul Nassif: Cheri has a little extra skin that you can see right there, and so we're going to make a very small fine incision across the upper eye and remove some of that skin. So we're going to my anti-gravity lift, which basically involves lifting up the mid-face, up like this, to help with these.

Male Speaker #5: The doctor photographed her face from every angle and assured her that her jowls, tired eyes and loose neck would be diminished but that she would not have that over-done look.

Dr. Paul Nassif: When she goes out to see her friends in a couple of weeks after she has healed, they're gonna say, You know, God, you look great. Did you lose some weight? They're hopefully not gonna say, Oh, you had a facelift.

Male Speaker #5: Next, Dr. Nassif marks her face and the areas he's going to lift. All the work she's going to have done, doesn't come cheap.

Dr. Paul Nassif: This procedure that we're doing with Cheri is around approximately $20,000.00.

Male Speaker #5: That same day, Cheri was led into the operating room and given anesthesia. The surgery took about seven hours because of the detail given to her sutures. On Day 3, Cheri returned to the doctor for her post-op visit.

Dr. Paul Nassif: How many fingers do you see?

Cheri Morgan: One.

Male Speaker #5: The big moment came where she was unwrapped.

Dr. Paul Nassif: Everything went absolutely perfect. Your cheeks are nice and elevated. Your smile lines look fantastic. Now, of course, you're swollen now.

Male Speaker #5: Around Cheri's ears, the stitches are still visible and metal staples secure the skin around her hairline. Her eyes are bruised but not as much as she expected.

Cheri Morgan: I'm pleasantly surprised. I thought I'd see a lot more bruising and more swelling, especially in the neck area. And the neck not only does it not look bruised, but it feels I really don't have any discomfort in my neck in this area whatsoever.

A little discomfort up in the face because it's tight, but it's very tolerable. And so I'm very pleased.

Male Speaker #5: The doctor tells her that the general bruising and swelling should last about two weeks.

Cheri Morgan: I thought I was gonna look like a truck ran over my face and, you know, except for a little bit of numbness, but I know that's to be expected and that will go away. So I a little difficult to talk right now but, you know, I really feel fantastic.

Male Speaker #5: On Day 13, this is Cheri's face.

Cheri Morgan: Two days after surgery, I felt like a new person. I have lots of energy, my mind is clear and it's been a really nice experience.

Male Speaker #5: Cheri's once bruised eyes are already much improved.

Dr. Paul Nassif: This is the incision that's healing, which is almost now imperceptible, even though there's a little bit of makeup on. You can see her jaw line better and now look at that neck.

Male Speaker #5: But her makeover is just beginning. Next, she went to cosmetic dentist, Korash Madahy , for porcelain veneers.

Dr. Korash Madahy: When Cheri came in, she had misaligned teeth, rotated teeth and the color of the teeth did not match. She had multiple crowns with different colors. So we thought that we can change all of that in a matter of two visits and get her the perfect dream smile that she wanted.

Male Speaker #5: Dr. Madahy made eight veneers for Cheri which run about $1,200.00 a tooth.

Cheri Morgan: I never had a big teethy smile. I'd put my hand over my mouth and try to disguise it.

Male Speaker #5: The veneers are cemented over her own teeth which have been slightly filed down. This was Cheri's smile before and after, and she's thrilled.

Cheri Morgan: It feels a little different right now but it feels good. It's very comfortable and I think in a couple of days, I should be totally used to the feeling.

Male Speaker #5: The third step was a new hair color and cut. At Salon Brousseau in West Hollywood , Cheri's waist-length hair was lightened and shortened to shoulder length.

Cheri Morgan: So this is probably the most traumatic step. I was panicked. It's a hard change, you know, to get rid of your hair that you've had for so long but, you know, I know I needed a change.

If you're gonna do it, you might as well go ahead and do the whole body and I'm really happy with it. I love the way it feels.

Male Speaker #5: Image consultant, Eve Michaels, created Cheri's new look. She works with Cheri's plastic surgeon to help patients make sure that their transformations are not only skin-deep.

Eve Michaels: What we're interested in is giving them the total makeover; taking it as far as they want to go.

Male Speaker #5: Eve arranged for makeup artist, Lorrie Ruben , to highlight Cheri's new face with cosmetics.

Lorrie Ruben: Any patient who asks for a makeover, this is what we do. And we make them look and feel fantastic. I think there's a whole side of Cheri coming out now that she didn't even know was there. Is that true?

Cheri Morgan: That's true.

Male Speaker #5: A designer wardrobe finished her polished look and the remarkable before and after differences are amazing.

Dr. Paul Nassif: Look what they did.

Cheri Morgan: I know. I know.

Dr. Paul Nassif: Talk about a makeover.

Cheri Morgan: I'm thrilled. I'm amazed at the results and I can't wait to finish my healing process and enjoy my life.

Male Speaker #5: That night, Cheri showed off her total makeover to her two sons.

Male Speaker #7: Okay, so you guys ready to see your mom?

Male Speaker #8: _____. Bring her out. Mom? Come on out.

Male Speaker #6: Oh, my God!

Male Speaker #8: Wow! Wow! You look really good.

Cheri Morgan: You like it, huh?

Male Speaker #6: The hair looks good, too. ____.

Cheri Morgan: Do you recognize me?

Male Speaker #6: Yeah, it looks really good.

Male Speaker #9: Sometimes if you do a brow with someone who's got a really heavy brow, you can take off 10 or 15 years off how old they look.

Female Speaker #9: With those kind of numbers, more than a million men lined up last year to get a little work done around the eyes.

Male Speaker #10: _____.

Female Speaker #10: Yeah, it's great.

Male Speaker #10: Really, you can see a big difference as compared to that before photo.

Male Speaker #11: From ABC News world headquarters in New York, this is World News Tonight with Peter Jennings.

Peter Jennings: Pushing Botox on the nation, getting rid of the wrinkles and it is party time. Finally, this evening, in search of youth, Mark Twain said wrinkles should merely indicate where smiles have been. He didn't know about Botox. And Botox injections have become enormously popular at parties of all places.

Female Speaker #11: Doctors who hold these parties say they are done in a responsible manner and with the patient's consent.

Male Speaker #12: We're not treating it lightly. We still do everything making sure that everything is very sterile and it's still medical. It's in a health spa.

Female Speaker #11: Even one of the nation's most respected medical institutions, Johns Hopkins University, was prepared last week to host a Botox night. The invitations promised free refreshments and on-the-spot Botox injections.

Male Speaker #13: Guests all gathering for a Botox party.

Female Speaker #12: I'm just excited to go get my Botox.

Male Speaker #13: They're lining up to get injections to make their wrinkles disappear.

Male Speaker #14: There are gonna be people who see this who think this is just crazy.

Male Speaker #13: One by one, see what happens inside a Botox party.

Female Speaker #13: It's like a beauty party. It's where you're selling youth instead of Tupperware.

Dr. Paul Nassif: When you smile, what happens? Your cheeks go up.

Male Speaker #13: Dr. Paul Nassif organized this get-together at his Beverly Hills office. A dozen women have come for hors d'oeuvres, advice and support and the parties are getting popular all over the country.

Dr. Paul Nassif: It makes it so much easier for patients.

Male Speaker #13: It's Pam Greeley's first time getting Botox. The 49-year-old hairstylist is hoping to reduce the crow's feet around her eyes in a comfortable setting.

Pam Greeley: It's easier because I don't have to go into a clinic where it's cold and sterile.

Susanna Uris : Actually, I'm kind of excited.

Male Speaker #13: Susanna Uris and her mother, Gabriella, aren't nervous at all. They're repeat customers and the group setting provides a discount.

Susanna Uris: Once you've tried it and you've gotten the results, you're gonna be back for more.

Dr. Paul Nassif: Okay, here we go. Smile for me.

Male Speaker #13: So while the partygoers get injected, their friends are there for moral support.

Susanna Uris: I think it was the most fun just to be able to do it with my mom.

Male Speaker #13: So does it work? Well, a day and a half after the treatments, here's a look at the results. Here's Susanna before her latest treatment and after.

And this is her mother, Gabriella, before and after. And what about first-timer, Pam? Well, she had dramatic results. Here's her before and after.

Dr. Paul Nassif: You'll feel just a little pinch.

Male Speaker #13: Whether you think it really makes you look younger or not, Botox is now the most popular cosmetic procedure in the country and the patients-turned-partygoers seem to love it.

Dr. Paul Nassif: They keep coming back and they keep bringing their friends.

Male Speaker #15: Good day, L.A.

Female Speaker #14: All right, Lisa. More cosmetic surgery on this Friday.

Lisa: Cosmetic Friday. You know, we've been talking a lot about Christina Gonzales and her plastic surgery. She went through a whole bunch, but there is a way to tweak your look with a whole lot less pain and no downtime.

Patricia Doyle: And right here, I've always just wanted them to be completely straight.

Lisa: Patricia Doyle never liked her teeth and lips but that's about to change. Cosmetic dentist, Dr. Korash Madahy is basically reshaping her teeth then whitening them.

Dr. Korash Madahy: There is no pain. There's no anesthetic. It's very rather quick and it's becoming more and more of a trend because it is not that expensive either.

Lisa: Total time, 2½ hours. The cost, a thousand dollars. Next step, her lips.

Female Speaker #15: Changing the lips can do wonders for a woman's face because it gives her her sense of sensuality. It's where we show our friendliness.

Lisa: Dr. David Amron of Spalding Drive Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology is a lip specialist.

Dr. David Amron: A little bit of fullness into this area over here.

Lisa: Using collagen, he plumps them up.

Dr. David Amron: Everybody nowadays wants a natural result. They don't want to look like their lips are done.

Lisa: Total time, about ten minutes. The price, anywhere from $150.00 to $500.00; however, it only lasts about three months.

Patricia Doyle: You know, this is really pretty.

Lisa: The finishing touch? The latest in lip color from Christina Sullivan.

Christina Sullivan: We're seeing a lot of pinks for spring very soft pinks.

Lisa: And here's Patty before and after her mouth makeover.

Patricia Doyle: Definitely want to smile. I'm really proud of my mouth and my teeth.

Male Speaker #16: Beverly Hills facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Paul Nassif, says he has seen a large increase in the number of men exploring surgical options to improve their appearance.

Dr. Paul Nassif: They start off with something like Botox and then the next procedure they get, which is very popular, is having something to do with eye rejuvenation.

Male Speaker #16: That's why Gary Marshall has come to see the doctor. A successful character actor, Gary has a role in George Clooney's upcoming film, Intolerable Cruelty. Gary thinks he needs a brow lift and to have the excess skin and fat removed from his eyelids.

Gary Marshall: I'm not sure that it's as obvious to other people as it is to me.

Dr. Paul Nassif: You will have a small incision right in the crease of your eyelid.

Male Speaker #16: The doctor is concerned that a brow lift may alter Gary's look too radically. He recommends that Gary consider surgery on his eyelids and under the eyes.

Dr. Paul Nassif: By going inside the eye, okay, no visible incision at all. We're going to remove some fat over here, take this existing fat here, move it from the area where it's bulging and put it in the area where it's hollow.

Gary Marshall: Realistically, what the doctor's thinking it's going to do is make it a better looking Gary not a different looking Gary a better looking, rested a Gary that does this less.

Male Speaker #17: Getting set to host a new reality show, comedienne, Kathy Griffin, brought The Insider along for her very own extreme makeover, which began with a little Botox.

Male Speaker #18: And it's routine and a lot of celebrities get this. And this just

Kathy Griffin: A lot? All. All.

Male Speaker #17: From there, it was off for hair straightening, laser eye surgery, dermaplaning and dermabrasion.

Kathy Griffin: Ma-a-a-a!

Male Speaker #17: And for a brand new smile, Kathy chose 20 new porcelain veneers.

Kathy Griffin: I want so much nitrous that I'm calling you mama.

Male Speaker #17: We're going to be following Kathy through her makeover. We'll be bringing you updates as her face changes.
