Procedure: Endoscopic brow and midface lift, upper and lower (fat repositioning) eyelid lift.

Comment: Notice the natural, refreshed and less hollow eye region. To correct the "tear trough" groove in her lower eyelid region, the endscopic midface lift together with the fat repositioning of the lower eyelid fat improved this region significantly.
