Female patient unhappy with the heavy upper eyelids and hollowness of the lower eye region. Patient desires rejuvenation that will appear natural.
Procedure: Endoscopic brow and midface lift, upper and lower (fat repositioning) eyelid lift.
Other Procedure: Rhinoplasty.
Comment: Notice the natural, refreshed and less hollow eye region. To correct the "tear trough" groove in her lower eyelid region, the endscopic midface lift together with the fat repositioning of the lower eyelid fat improved this region significantly. |
