Male patient complaining of droopy upper eyelids and "fat bags" in his lower eyelids.

Procedure: Upper eyelid ptosis repair by a oculoplastic surgeon and lower eyelid fat repositioning (Dr. Nassif)

Comment: His lower eyelids are improved with residual hemosiderin (brown spots) improving with bleaching cream. Preop photos reveal more lower eyelid fat on the left.
