In almost all cases, this surgery is considered reversible if the patient finds he is unhappy with the overall results.

As with all cosmetic surgical procedures, both facial fat grafting and facial implantation are subject to inherent risk. Possible infection may be considered the most likely risk to present itself, but proper surgical procedures drastically reduce such issues.
