Middle-eastern female desiring a softer nasal appearance

Procedure: Open septorhinoplasty, turbinoplasty and platelet gel application

FINDINGS: Caudal septum deviated to right with spur on left, buckling of left intermediate crura causing a shorter left dome as compared to the right.

Comment: Her postoperative photos reveal an improved nose; however, the projection of the nasal tip needs further projection.
