Fanny - Fanny underwent a complete makeover on Discovery Channel's "Plastic Surgery: Before and After". Her facial procedures included: rhinoplasty, septoplasty, chin implant, rhytidoplasty(lower face & neck lift), upper eyelid lift, lower eyelid fat repositioning and the use of platelet gel.
