Female patient complaining of the asymmetric deformity of her nasal bridge. She has had 2 other rhinoplasties elsewhere with placement of a cartilage graft onto the bridge.
Procedure: Tertiary Revision Endonasal Rhinoplasty with Goretex Placement.
Comment: The cartilage graft was warped and replaced with 2 mm thick goretex sheeting. Placing septal or ear cartilage over the bony bridge can lead to results like these. Goretex placement is tolerated very well by patients with a pleasant, natural appearance.
