Male patient unhappy with the collapse of the right side of his nose. Patient also had nasal obstruction.

Procedure: Closed rhinoplasty with a double-layered spreader graft to the right middle vault, septoplasty and turbinoplasty.

Comments: The right wall collapse is improved following placement of spreader grafts.
