For over seventeen years I have worked aside some of southern California’s leading Dermatologists and Cosmetic Surgeons. I am grateful to have received such excellent one on one training while working as a Medical Assistant in my field. I was able to learn and gain knowledge through assisting physicians in procedures, consulting with patients, as well as performing skin care treatments.
My passion for improving skin health began to grow as I observed many patients with medical skin conditions improve dramatically when traditional medicine was combined with in-office or at-home skin-care. Seven years ago I decided to attend Marinello School of Skin Esthetics and obtained my California State Esthetician License. Since then I have been practicing as a Medical Esthetician within the Beverly Hills area. I also spent time working in an organic day spa which taught me how to pamper patients as well as treat their skin problems. I have attended make-up artistry classes, as well as classes on the human body and drug use, sociology, and psychology. I enjoy learning about product ingredients and how they affect the skin, especially when the natural meets medical.
My interest in improving skin health and treating problematic skin drives me to be a dedicated guide when it comes to fully educating patients on their skin care options. While guiding patients, a creative approach is always taken in order to synergistically combine skin care and laser treatments, along with surgery or other procedures performed within our office. I strive to help our patients achieve their goals when it comes to the healthy skin they deserve from the inside out.
I have been with Spalding Drive since 2003, working in various areas of the office. For 2009 I look forward to being focused solely on the skin care portion of the practice, helping to ensure our patients look and feel their best!
